Commercial window and exterior cleaning
Shopfronts, offices, a hotel, a padel club, a hall and a care home across Shropshire. Cleaned from the ground with pure water, by me, every visit.

What it looks like, and what they say

Very friendly and does a good job!
Does a brilliant job at our care home. Very happy.
What a commercial buyer asks me
Five questions come up on every commercial job. Here are my answers.
Are you insured?
Yes. I am insured, and the certificate is available on request. Ask and I will send it before the first visit.
I will not quote a cover figure I cannot show you on paper. Can I have a method statement?
My method is simple: a pole and a hose, worked from the ground. No ladder, no scaffold, no access kit to sign off. Tell me what paperwork your site needs and I will say yes or no before I quote.
Pure water, so there is no detergent in the clean. Can you work around opening hours?
My working week is Monday to Friday 8 to 6 and Saturday 8 to 4. If the frontage must be done before you open, give me the time and I will tell you straight whether it fits.
I will not promise a slot I cannot keep. How are you paid?
I confirm the price before I start, not after. I take card or bank transfer. If your accounts team needs an invoice, tell me before the first visit and I will confirm how I can do it.
Invoicing is something to agree up front, not assume.Who do I deal with?
Me. I am Jack, I do the work and I take the call. I text before I come, so nobody has to be in to let me on site.
One name on your file, the same person on your pavement. What I clean for businesses
The same methods as for a house, scaled to the building.
| Job | How I do it |
|---|---|
| Windows and shopfronts | Pure water from a pole. Glass, frames, sills and doors. |
| High level glass | Reached from the ground with the pole, as at Henley Padel. |
| Pavement and forecourt | Pressure wash, as at Roger Parry & Partners. |
| Gutters | Vacuumed from the ground for shops, offices and commercial units. |
| Solar arrays | Pure water and a soft brush. Large arrays are quoted one by one. |
How a commercial job is priced
Shopfronts, offices and larger buildings are quoted from photos or a visit. The figures on the prices page are for houses, and they show how I charge.

Commercial cleaning questions
Are you insured, and can I see the certificate?
Yes, I am insured. The certificate is available on request, so ask and I will send it. I do not quote a cover figure here, because the certificate is the proof.
Can you clean upper floors without scaffolding?
Yes. The water-fed pole reaches upper glazing from the ground, which is how I cleaned the high level glass at Henley Padel. There is no ladder or scaffold on your site.
Do you clean gutters and solar panels for businesses?
Yes. I vacuum gutters for shops, offices and commercial units, and I clean commercial solar arrays. Large arrays are quoted one by one.
Do you cover my town?
I am based in Shrewsbury and work across Shropshire, including Newport, Church Stretton, Telford and Oswestry. Send me the address and I will confirm.
